Question: What is a better phone, the htc pro touch 2 or the htc desire?

I will be using it for basic things such as texting and internet. Just wanted a couple of opinions before I make my decision.

The Desire would be my choice because it is an Android phone. I would never recommend that anyone own anything with Windows installed. Ever.

Htc desire is better out of the three, because it's newer and has android os.
