Why does verizon charge so much for cell phones?
My 2yr contract is up and i'm suppose to get a new phone, but all of the regular phones verizon has to txt all suck and the good phones to txt did cost $10.00 a month for data pkg which i didn't mind that much but now they increased all of the $10.00 month data pkg phones to $30.00 month data pkg so instead of paying the $240 for 2 years i would be paying $720 for 2 years which is just ridiculous and on top of that i get unlimited txting which is i believe another $30 a month so really it's about $60 a month and i would also have to pay for the 2 year plan. I guess my question is WHY would they do this? they are just going to lose customers everyone will just go to sprint which is less expensive. the only reason why i'm not going to sprint is because verizon is the only company that can actually get coverage where i live.

If my mom's phone is up for renewal and she doesn't want a new phone, can I use it to up grade my phone? We're on the same plan.

My Virgin Mobile Cell Phone Wont Recieve Text Messages??? HELP?
I have a TNT flip phone through virgin mobile and its been having a few problems lately.. First off it stoped letting type online in the web browser or on website everytime I tried typeing the whole phone would shut off and turn back on? & now I cannot recieve text messages? My signal strength is stuck at 1 bar, usually its higher. I donno if that matter, but I also keep getting texts hours after they have been sent and sometimes not at all. I dont understand Ive tried all I can? Anyone know what to do or what could cause this? ThanksTHANKS GUYS
